Danaher Corporation announced today that it closed the previously announced transaction between Danaher's wholly-owned subsidiary, Veeder-Root Company, and USTMAN Technologies, Inc. The transaction was completed in accordance with the terms of the asset purchase agreement.

USTMAN Technologies, Inc., headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, is a provider of compliance information for underground storage tank owners.

Veeder-Root, headquartered in Simsbury, Connecticut, is a leading supplier of fuel management solutions.
