Danaher Corporation announced today that its quarterly earnings conference call for the second quarter has been scheduled for Thursday, July 21 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and lasting approximately 1 hour. Danaher's earnings press release and its 10-Q for the 2005 second quarter will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website beginning at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
