Danaher Corporation announced today that its quarterly earnings conference call for First Quarter 2003 results has been scheduled for April 17, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time and lasting approximately 1 hour. The call will be simultaneously webcast live via Danaher's website at www.danaher.com.

Danaher's earnings press release for the 2003 first quarter and its 10-Q for the 2003 first quarter will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website.
