Danaher Corporation announced today that its earnings conference call for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2005 has been scheduled for Thursday, January 26 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time and lasting approximately 1 hour. The call will be simultaneously web cast via Danaher's website at http://www.danaher.com/ with an accompanying slide presentation.

The earnings press release for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2005 will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website beginning at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
