Danaher Corporation announced today that Jonathan P. Graham has been named Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Danaher Corporation. Mr. Graham, 46 years old, served most recently as Vice President, Litigation and Legal Policy for General Electric Corporation. Prior to General Electric, Mr. Graham was a partner, in the law firm of Williams & Connolly LLP based in Washington, DC. In this new role, Mr. Graham will report directly to H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer.
