Danaher Corporation announced today that its quarterly earnings conference call for the fourth quarter has been scheduled for Thursday, January 24, 2008 beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST and lasting approximately 1 hour. The call will be simultaneously web cast via Danaher's website at www.danaher.com with an accompanying slide presentation.

Danaher's earnings press release for the fourth quarter and year-end 2007 will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website beginning at 6:00 a.m. EST.
