Danaher Corporation announced today that its quarterly earnings conference call for the second quarter has been scheduled for Thursday, July 17, 2008 beginning at 8:00 a.m. EDT and lasting approximately 1 hour. The call will be simultaneously webcast via Danaher's website at www.danaher.com with an accompanying slide presentation.

Danaher's earnings press release and its 10-Q for the 2008 second quarter will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website beginning at 6:00 a.m. EDT.
