Danaher Corporation announced today that its quarterly earnings conference call for the fourth quarter has been scheduled for Monday, January 26, 2009 beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST and lasting approximately one hour. The call will be simultaneously webcast via Danaher's website at www.danaher.com with an accompanying slide presentation.

Danaher's earnings press release for the fourth quarter and year-end 2008 will be available prior to the call on Danaher's website beginning at 6:00 a.m. EST. In addition, the supplemental financial and statistical information referenced in the conference call will be located in the "Investor Relations" section of Danaher's website prior to the call.

A replay of the call will be available on Danaher's website later that day.
