Danaher Corporation announced today that Thomas P. Joyce, Jr. has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Danaher Corporation. Mr. Joyce, 45 years old, has worked for Danaher since 1990, serving most recently as Vice President and Group Executive from December 2002 to May 2006 and as President of Hach Company from May 2001 until December 2002. In his new role, Mr. Joyce will report directly to H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer.
